Mexico

When it’s cold and yucky in the States, I start dreaming of Latin America. Mexico is so close, I have been there four times. I say this about so many places, but whenever I am in Mexico, I feel like the people are the most hospitable and welcoming people in the world. The culture places so much value on family and they are quick to consider you part of their family. The food is outrageous.  They do so much with peppers and spices, you will never have a meal that lacks flavor. Combine that with kicking back in a hammock and drinking margaritas, while listening to live music – it’s a slice of heaven.  Aaahhh, can’t you just feel it now?
